Citizens and voters of District 4 of Calhoun County: it has been brought to the attention of the election office that the voters in district 4 must vote at one location. Whereas in the past you had an option of voting in the Arlington District of the Edison District, you will have to vote in the Edison District ``Only``. The polling location is the old police department in between the Bank of Edison and the new police department. Also in District 2, all voters in said district must cast your ballot in Morgan at the Courthouse, 31 Court St.``Only``. We regret any inconvenience and the short notice of the change, but the Election Office was only made aware of the necessity of the change on July 13, 2006. In the near future and hopefully before the general election, there will be a polling site established conveniently between the two cities. For any additional information you may contact the Superintendent of Election 229/849-2115. The changes are effective immediately and will be imposed for the July 18, 2006 Primary.
