Southwest Georgia Regional Airport
Albany Civil Air Patrol is recruiting junior members, 12-18 years old, and senior members, 18 and older. Group meets 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Southwest Georgia Regional Airport Terminal, 3905 Newton Road, Suite 301, Albany. The organization helps on air-search-and-rescue missions and teaches junior members aeronautics. Being a pilot is not necessary to join. Contact Lt. Colonel Marl McCracken at (229)347-8207.
