VALDOSTA — Wild Adventures’ 2010 concert season will include a mix of contemporary Christian artists and classic favorites.
Concerts, which will span from March to September, will include such names as Steven Curtis Chapman, Atlanta-based Third Day, the David Crowder Band and Jeremy Camp, as well as Tye Tribbett and Kirk Franklin.
Classic mainstream artists making their way to Valdosta next summer include Lynrd Skynrd, Chicago, REO Speedwagon with STYX, George Thorogood with Los Lonely Boys, Chicago, Backstreet Boys and Frankie Beverly with Maze.
Today’s country music scene will make its mark in Southwest Georgia, too. Upcoming concerts will feature Rodney Atkins, Billy Ray Cyrus, the Country Music Association award winning trio and the Great American Country Network’s Emerging Artist Showcase.
“The 2010 concert season line-up will be the best in the South,” Wild Adventures Vice President and General Manager Bob Montgomery stated in a news release.
General admission to the concerts will be free with park admission or a 2010 season pass to Wild Adventures. Reserved seating tickets will be available for additional costs.
