Last Updated: 12:55 PM 11/11/09 - I love to travel, visit different places to train and, of course, people watch. I train my body just as I train my clients, therefore I am busy scoping the layout of the facility in order to map a good workout. I believe the preparation for a workout is just as important as the workout itself. (Full Story)
