Jana Barnello, a reporter with Albany's WFXL-TV, received her subpoena around 11 a.m. Monday morning.
Karen Cohilas, the government reporter for WALB-TV, confirmed that she too had received a subpoena but said that it had been forwarded to the station's legal department.
According to documents filed with the clerk of Superior Court, Graham asked that four blank subpoenas be printed, although there was no mention of to whom they were to be served.
Buie is requesting that his trial for fraud and theft charges be moved outside of Dougherty County based in part on what Graham has called excessive media coverage.
Buie was indicted alongside Dollar Square Owner Tim Washington, Buie's wife Shanon Lavette Buie and his former girlfriend Nicole Brown, in connection with his activities as CEO of the Albany-Dougherty Inner City Authority and downtown manager.
