ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 21 incidents Tuesday into the early hours of Wednesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Theft by taking a dog on the 400 block of West Tift Avenue;

-- Robbery by force on the 700 block of North Central Street;

-- Theft by taking a bicycle on the 2600 block of Pointe North Boulevard;

-- Motor vehicle theft; a vehicle was moved from one side of a yard to another on the 1900 block of West Highland Avenue;

-- Motor vehicle theft on the 100 block of Marie Road;

-- Burglaries on the 800 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 2600 block of Dawson Road.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County Police responded to at least 21 calls Tuesday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Burglary on the 1200 block of Nixon Drive;

-- Traffic arrests for speeding and no license on the 3700 block of Newton Road and the 500 block of Cordele Road;

-- Theft of $95 worth of clothing from a 2008 Chevrolet Impala on the 1200 block of Nixon Road;

-- Burglary of an Xbox and a game worth $220 on the 1400 block of South Mock Road;

-- Traffic accident on the 1800 block of the Liberty Expressway;

-- Family violence (verbal) on the 3200 block of Staton Drive.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency Medical Services responded to 71 calls on Tuesday. There were 57 medical calls, 13 trauma calls and one other call. Medical calls included six chest pains, 11 respiratory problems, one altered mental state, four diabetic complaints, one obstetrics, one mental problem, six miscellaneous pain calls, and 27 various medical calls. Trauma calls included five vehicle crash injuries and seven falls.

LEE SHERIFF: Lee County deputies responded to at least eight calls Tuesday, according to reports. Deputies responded to incidents including:

-- An 18-year-old student is out on $1,000 bail after being arrested for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana at Lee County High School, a Lee County Jail spokeswoman said. Kayla Amanda Tucker, was arrested during an April 1 sweep of the school and its parking lot by drug-sniffing dogs, Sheriff Reggie Rachals said. Deputies also found juveniles in possession of alcohol.

-- Criminal trespass on the 1600 block of U.S. Highway 19 South;

-- Three thefts on the 2800 block of Ledo Road;

-- Theft and criminal trespass on the 1600 block of Philema Road;

-- Possession of marijuana on the 100 block of Foxworth Drive.

ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 50 calls Tuesday, including assisting the Albany Police Department, smoke odor, six activated alarms, three vehicle crashes, four medical assists, a deceased person, two gas odors, two unattended cooking calls, six false alarms, three vehicle fluid spills, five unauthorized burns, an animal problem, a woods fire, three grass fires, a dead animal in a house, two public service programs, an authorized burn, an overturned truck with spilled fertilizer, three electrical shorts, a tree in a power line and a structure fire.
