ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 27 incidents Thursday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Truancy on the 1800 block of Massey Drive;
-- Aggravated assault on the 600 block of Blaylock Street;
-- Robbery by sudden snatching on the 200 block of Slater King Drive;
-- Theft by taking a purse on the 1500 block of Gillespie Avenue;
-- Entering auto on the 1800 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Burglary on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue and the 1900 block of Stuart Avenue;
-- False imprisonment, three men blocked a woman's car in a parking lot on the 2200 block of Friar Tuck lane with their car and then "jumped" her, according to reports;
-- Police responded to a report of a man with a holstered weapon approaching a woman on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
-- Motor vehicle theft of a 1996 light blue Pontiac Grand Prix on the 2800 block of Nottingham Way;
-- Theft by taking a handgun, a felony on the 600 block of 12th Avenue.
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 1000 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive, the 1200 block of 11th Avenue and the 900 block of South Street;
-- Assault (family violence) on the 2300 block of Old Dominion Drive;
-- Simple battery (family violence) on the 400 block of Baldwin Drive;
-- Simple battery (family violence) on the 700 block of Cedar Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 21 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Domestic violence (verbal) on the 1800 block of Moultrie Road and on the 2500 block of Oakview Street;
-- Criminal damage valued at $1,500 when a Chevrolet Blazer was "keyed" on the 1000 block of Redbug Road;
-- Burglary theft of $398 of video games, a PlayStation and clothes on the 500 block of Southgate Drive;
-- Traffic crash with injury, a vehicle struck a tractor trailer that was stopped in the middle turn lane on the 1500 block South Mock Road;
-- Missing person on the 5600 block of Old Dawson Road. The juvenile returned home.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 53 calls on Thursday. There were 43 medical calls, eight trauma calls and two other calls. Medical calls included, six chest pains, four respiratory problems, a faint, two altered mental state, three diabetic complaints, two seizures, one obstetrics, one mental problems, four miscellaneous pain calls, one stroke symptoms and 18 various medical. Trauma calls included three vehicle crash injuries and five falls. Other calls are typically standby for other units and patient transport.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County deputies responded to at least six calls, according to police reports.
Deputies responded to incidents including:
-- Criminal trespass on the 1700 block of Philema Road;
-- Forgery on the 1600 block of Philema Road;
-- Theft inhaling of fumes, a person was seen inhaling model glue fumes on the 2800 block of Ledo Road;
-- Entering auto on the 100 block of Crow Drive.
