Terry Lewis is a the education writer for The Albany Herald.
Terry joined the Herald staff for the second time in April of 2010 after serving as assistant Sports Editor from 1988 to 1990. Before that he worked as a sports writer for the Alexander City (AL) Outlook, Tuscaloosa (Ala.) News and Anniston (Ala.) Star.
A native of Tuscaloosa, Ala., he attended journalism school at the University of Alabama.
