APD: Felony hit-and-run charges filed on Albany woman

Konfonta Hill, 32, has been charged in connection with the July 31 crash that injured 59-year-old Scott Murray.
Police contend that Murray was struck by Hill, who was driving a 1999 black GMC Denali, near the K&S Food Mart on Newton Road.
