Police seek help finding suspects

ALBANY, Ga. -- The Albany Police Department would like community help in locating two women and one man for unrelated crimes.

According to police notices:

* Melissa Harp, 38, is wanted on 15 counts stemming from financial card theft and fraud. She is a former manager of KFC, 400 West Oglethorpe Boulevard.

Harp allegedly took a customer's child support card and swiped it 15 times as a credit on a register. The transactions netted more than $1,000 in cash. Harp's last known address is 2523 Imperial St.

* Felecia Latrell Hall, 29, is wanted for negotiating a fictitious check at the CVS Pharmacy on Westover Boulevard at about 6:20 p.m. on Aug. 11.

A woman believed to be Hall bought items with a check that had the routing and account numbers altered. After her purchase she fled in either a blue Taurus or a gray Pontiac Grand Prix, police said. Hall's last known address is 100 Denmar Road, Lot 4, Cordele.

* Emmanuel Yarbrough, 18, is wanted as a person of interest in an aggravated battery case stemming from the beating of a man repeatedly with a metal pipe at about 3:30 p.m. June 29 at the Dollar Inn Motel, 2706 N. Slappey Blvd.

Yarbrough is about 5 foot 6 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. His last known address is 610 Burke Ave. He has an identical twin with a tattoo of "Twin 2" on his right wrist.
