ALBANY -- Albany Police Department officers responded to at least 26 incidents Sunday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Aggravated battery on the 600 block of Canoe Court and the 2400 block of Clark Avenue;

-- Aggravated assault on the 2500 block of East Alberson Drive;

-- Recovered property (bike) on the 1900 block of Buck Lane;

-- Driving with a suspended license on the 300 block of South Mock Road;

-- Simple battery on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;

-- Disorderly conduct on the 700 block of Ninth Avenue;

-- Harassing phone calls on the 1900 block of Colquitt Avenue;

-- Missing juvenile on the 2000 block of Beachview Drive;

-- Thefts by taking on the 300 block of West Mercer Avenue and the 1900 block of Buck Lane;

-- Burglaries on the 1300 block of Gillespie Avenue, the 100 block of North Cleveland Street and the 700 block of South Shadowlawn Drive;

-- Entering an auto on the 900 block of North Davis Street;

-- Statutory rape on the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue;

-- Battery on the 500 block of Flint Avenue, the 300 block of Slater King Drive and the 1300 block of Clark Avenue;

-- Criminal trespass on the 1300 block fo Hobson Street, the 2400 block of Nottingham Way, the 700 block of Ninth Avenue, the 1600 block of West Fourth Avenue and the 200 block of North Broadway Street;

-- Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 1000 block of Davidson Street and the 500 block of Pinson Road;

-- Simple battery (family violence) on the 1500 block of Pine Avenue.

DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 56 calls on Sunday. There were 42 medical calls, 13 trauma calls and one other call. Medical calls included six chest pains, five respiratory problems, three people fainted, two altered mental statuses, three diabetic complaints, one mental problem, two miscellaneous pain calls, a cardiac arrest, one stroke symptom and 18 various medical calls. Trauma calls included three vehicle crash injuries, six falls, one cut, one near drowning and two fights/assaults.

ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to nine calls Friday through Sunday including response to smoke odor, six activated alarms, unattended cooking fire, shorted electrical equipment, animal rescue, blown fuses, two trash fires, burning copper wire, two power lines down, two vehicle accidents, two vehicle fires, three EMS assists and two public service calls.
