ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 47 incidents Thursday into the early hours of Friday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- An officer saw a truck being loaded with stolen goods at about 11 p.m. Thursday on the 1000 block of West First Avenue. Amanda Parker was arrested and booked into Dougherty County Jail. She is charged with possession of oxycodone and cocaine, a jail spokesman said.
-- Theft by taking on the 600 block of Willard Avenue, the 1200 block of Van Buren Street, the 2200 block of Evergreen Drive, the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 2600 block of Dawson Road, the 1300 block of Westwood Drive and the 2400 block of Sylvester Road;
-- Entering auto on the 700 block of Jefferson Street;
-- Disorderly conduct, a fight on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue and the 200 block of Flint Avenue;
-- Deceased person on the 1400 block of Stuart Avenue;
-- Burglary on the 1500 block of Van Buren Street, the 1200 block of West Gordon Street, the 600 block of West Highland Avenue, the 1400 block of Whispering Pines Road and the 300 block of Carriage Lane;
-- Aggravated battery on the 2000 block of Schilling Drive;
-- Cruelty to animals a dog reported shot with an air rifle on the 1200 block of Ninth Avenue;
-- Missing juvenile on the 600 block of Residence Avenue;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 600 block of Monroe Street;
-- Simple battery, criminal trespass (domestic violence) on the 1500 block of Malone Drive;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 800 block of Cotton Avenue, the 200 block of South Valencia Drive and the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 15 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Vehicle crash involving a deer on the 6100 block of Newton Road;
-- Forgery, a bogus $20 bill passed at a convenience store on the 2300 block of Liberty Expressway;
-- Burglary of a convenience store on the 3000 block of Sylvester Road.
