TRUCK CRASH: A tractor-trailer driven by John Christopher Quincy, 43, of North Carolina, flipped on its side while he exited from the Liberty Expressway to Clark Avenue at about 5 p.m. Wednesday.
Quincy was uninjured. His passenger Dawn Johnston, 39, suffered minor injuries and was taken to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
The truck crash closed the exit and entrance ramps while wreckers dealt with moving the truck.
Quincy said the load in his trailer shifted causing his truck to flip on its side, said Phyllis Banks, police spokeswoman.
