Modeste resigns position

ALBANY, Ga. — Pinky Modeste, the small business program manager with the recently created Dougherty County Small Business Office, resigned her position Monday.
Modeste, who helped female- and minority-owned, as well as small businesses, in their efforts to land government contracts during her tenure in Albany, has taken a position with the Camilla-based Southwest Georgia Regional Commission.
