ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 27 incidents Friday into the early hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Burglary on the 2200 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, the 1100 block of Hobson Street and the 1200 block of Hilltop Drive;
-- Robbery by sudden snatching on the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
-- Suicide attempt on the 900 block of Pleasant Hill Court;
-- Entering auto on the 1200 block of West Third Avenue;
-- Drunken driving, police responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle with the driver slumped over the steering wheel on the 2500 block of Nottingham Way;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 2300 block of Evergreen Drive;
-- Domestic on the 500 block of 500 West Broad Avenue;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 300 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 900 block of West Whitney Avenue and the 1900 block of Meadows Drive;
-- Burglary, assault (family violence) on the 2600 block of Cardinal Street;
-- Motor vehicle theft (family violence), a son allegedly stole his mother's vehicle on the 1200 block of McKinley Street;
-- Assault, vandalism (family violence) on the 1800 block of North Whitney Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 22 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Entering auto, theft of items valued at more than $200 on the 2600 block of Crofton Drive;
-- Criminal damage to property on the 400 block of Westover Boulevard;
-- Family violence on the 2100 block of Habersham road;
-- Terroristic threats on the 1600 block of Nelms Road;
-- Traffic crash on the 4800 block of Pinto Drive and on Liberty Expressway at McKenzie Road;
-- Drunken driving on the 300 block of Philema Road.
