APD: Man wanted for violating probation

ALBANY, Ga. -- Travis Devoris Williams, 25, is wanted by the Albany Police Department for two probation violations: failure to appear in court and failure to pay, a police report states.

According to the report, Williams stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs about 154 pounds. His last known address is 900 N. Jackson St., Albany.

ALBANY POLICE: Albany police responded to at least 40 incidents Wednesday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Reckless conduct on the 2300 block of Village Green Court;

-- Theft by taking on the 1200 block of West Second Avenue, the 1500 block of Rena Avenue, the 500 block of Cherry Avenue, the 2700 block of McClain Lane and the 600 block of Kingsbury Lane;

-- Burglary on the 2200 block of Gillionville Road, the 2400 block of Dawson Road, the 600 block of North Washington Street, the 200 block of Oakridge Drive, the 1900 block of Elkhorn Lane, the 100 block of Daniels Court, the 2300 block of West Garden Avenue and the 1600 block of Camp Lane;

-- Two runaway juveniles, 13 and 16 years old, reported on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;

-- Disorderly conduct, a fight on the 700 block of West Highland Avenue;

-- Suicide attempt on the 100 block of North Jefferson Street;

-- Financial card fraud on the 2900 block of Liberty expressway;

-- Disorderly conduct, an employee quit and caused a disturbance on the 2800 block of Old Dawson Road;

-- Deceased person on the 500 block of Whittlesey Avenue;

-- Entering auto on the 1300 block of South Slappey Boulevard;

-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 400 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 900 block of Frotschoer Street, the the 1300 block of West Garden Avenue, the 1100 block of South McKinley Street, the first black of Dobbs Drive, the 200 block of Cordele Road and the 1900 block of Elkhorn Lane;

-- Assault (family violence) on the 200 block of Mitchell Avenue and the 900 block of Cherry Avenue;

-- Simple battery (family violence) on the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue.

LEE SHERIFF: Lee County sheriff's deputies responded to at least 10 calls, according to police reports.

Deputies responded to incidents including:

-- Burglary on the 100 block of Cedric Street;

-- Theft, recovered property on the 2800 block of Ledo Road;

-- theft on the 700 block of Edwards Road;

-- Criminal trespass at U.S. 82 and Ledo Road;

-- Deceased person, no foul play, on the 1200 block of Highway 377 in Smithville;

-- Wanted person on the 100 block of Magnolia Street, the 100 block of Milledge Road, the 200 block of Creekside Drive, the 100 block of East Main Street and the 100 block of Starksville Avenue.
