No shooter, more arrests in Brick House murder

ALBANY -- The arrested list grew by three in connection with the 5:30 a.m. Sunday brawl and shooting death at Brick House Productions, an Albany Police Department news release stated.

Henry Wallace, 20, and Shacoby Seay, 17, face charges of aggravated assault and gang participation, the release stated. They are in Dougherty County Jail with no bond set, a jail spokeswoman said.

Taneisha Seay, 18, faces charges of making false statements in writing to authorities, the release stated. She was released on a $3,000 bond, a jail spokeswoman said.

Antonio Seay, and Jacory Antwan Butts, both 20, remain in jail with no bond charged with aggravated assault and gang participation, a jail spokeswoman said. Antonio, Shacoby and Taneisha Seay are siblings.

Shernard Smith, 18, remains in jail charged with aggravated assault from the Brick House fight, said a jail spokeswoman.

With additional arrests pending, APD Spokeswoman Phyllis Banks said, "Police are working diligently questioning witnesses to try and find the shooter who killed 20-year-old Flovilla resident LeSheldon Kernard Stanford during the fight."

The fight began as an argument in Brick House Productions' 1708 Schilling Ave. location, it spilled into the parking lot where gunshots fatally struck Stanford.

Brick House Productions bills itself as a movie/motion-picture business, but has had 30 criminal incidents including five shootings, simple battery, narcotics violations and liquor-law violations since opening in December 2007.
