LEESBURG -- Lee County Elementary School's Parent-Teacher Organization will present its 8th annual Spring Fling Saturday.
The fundraiser is set for 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the school, rain or shine.
Activity tickets, $1-$20, will be available at the door.
The day will include a talent show for students in the school cafeteria, a silent auction for such items as themed baskets created by school homeroom classes, gift certificates and additional goodies.
Activities will include a Trojan hay ride, a football toss, jewelry making, a bunge hill/rock climbing, a pet shop with animals provided by the Humane Society of Terrell County, a speed pitch, an inflatable obstacle course, a cake/candy walk , a photo booth, appearances by Smokey the Bear, a manicure booth, crazy hair and the chance to win a goldfish.
Concessions will also be available, with such treats offered as hot dogs, pizza, Sandy candy and boiled peanuts.
