Leesburg Library to present 'Literary Locals'

LEESBURG -- Enthusiasts of the written word should head to Leesburg Sunday afternoon for Literary Locals at the Library.

The free event will be held 2:30 p.m.-4 p.m. at Leesburg Library.

The afternoon will include talks and book signings by local authors. They include Crystal Barton of Lee County, who wrote the children's book, "Cuckoo Cocoa Koma"; Jacquelyn Cook, who recently penned her 13th book, "The Greenwood Legacy"; "Brushed Back: The Trevor Bullock Story," by Ethan and Mardene Fowler of Albany; Dawson resident Kay Strickland Heath, who wrote the Ida Claire series, and Eunice Long of Albany, who wrote "Tangled Roots."
