The Randolph Southern boys basketball team beat Ashford (Ala.), 45-35, while the Lady Patriots lost, 55-44, Monday night.
Tanner Stone led the Randolph Southern men (9-5) with 13 points, followed by Loy DeVane with 10.
"It was a total team effort," Patriots coach Robert Bryant said. "We played 11 people and jumped out to a big lead, and the bench held on to it."
The Randolph Southern girls (2-12) were led by Lindsay Whatley with 10 points.
