Upon receipt of the letter from SIFL CEO Thom Hager, Assistant City Manager Wes Smith sent team owner Rod Chappell a list of demands -- which include immediate payment of $5,000 in rent for use of the civic center for January, a disclosure statement explaining his role in SISM, Chappell's intentions for providing food service as outlined in the city's contract for upcoming shows at the civic center and an inventory of food service items -- before the city can carry out execution of its contract with SISM.
