ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 39 incidents Friday into the early hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Burglary on the 800 block of West Broad Avenue, the 1600 block of Whitney Avenue, the 1700 block of Avalon Avenue, the 200 block of North West Road and the1400 block of Whispering Pines Road;
-- Felony theft by taking on the 1200 block of Seventh Avenue;
-- Aggravated assault involving a knife, no injury on the 1800 block of West Gordon Avenue, two counts involving a gun, arrests made, no injuries on the 1200 block of Kingstown Court, shot fired into a vehicle on the 300 block of Barton Court, the 2200 block of Clark Avenue, pedestrian stuck by a car, head injury to pedestrian, on the 600 block of Flint Avenue and the 100 block of South Slappey Boulevard;
-- Injured person on the 700 block of Johnson Road;
-- Domestic dispute on the 1400 block of Eager Avenue;
-- Forgery, theft by conversion (family violence) a man tried to pawn or sell his ex-wife's vehicle using a forged title on the 1000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 200 block of Mobile Avenue, the 1500 block of Parkview Court, the 600 block of Johnson Road, the 200 block of North Mock Road, the 200 block of North Broadway Street and the 2500 block of Habersham Road;
-- Entering auto on the 700 block of North Jefferson Street;
-- Robbery by sudden snatching on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 16 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Recovered property a pre-paid debit card found on the 1900 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Drunken driving on the 700 block of Philema Road;
-- Criminal damage to property on South Westover Boulevard.
