Albany, Ga.- Alexander Cortez Moore, 23, is a person of interest wanted for questioning about a July 10 aggravated assault at 110 South Slappey Boulevard, according to an Albany Police Department e-mail.
No charges filed in dog's death
Authorities said today that no one has been charged in last week's death in Albany of a dog that was chained in a yard without water, shade or food during the heat wave. The investigation is continuing, police say.
