Duffy wins in Lee County

LEESBURG, Ga. — With all precincts reporting, Lee County Commission Chairman Ed Duffy has easily defeated Lester Leggette to win a new term as the commissioner for the Palmyra voting district.
Duffy took an early lead and never looked back. The final vote was 864 ballots for Duffy and 341 for Leggette.
