ALBANY, Ga. -- Shandreka T. Watson, 24, died at the hands of a murderer June 4, stated an Albany Police Department report.
It appeared she knew her killer, as there were no signs of forced entry, a press release from her family said. "She was murdered with her 15-month-old son in the home at 1205 Citrus Court, the release added.
"We are thankful he remained unharmed," the release said. "We are desperately searching for the murderer that committed this violent crime."
Watson's family is offering a $5,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the crime.
