SEC MEDIA DAYS: Game times, TV stations set for UGA, Auburn openers, plus Iron Bowl

ATHENS -- The Sept. 4 SEC football game between Georgia and the University of Louisiana-Lafayette -- the Bulldogs' season opener, which will be played in Athens -- will be televised by the SEC Network with kickoff set for 12:21 p.m.

Previously announced early season Georgia games on TV included South Carolina in Columbia (Sept. 11) and Arkansas in Athens (Sept. 18), both at noon on either espn or espn2.

The Oct. 30 Georgia-Florida game in Jacksonville will be televised by CBS at 3:30 p.m.

AUBURN GAME TIME/TV COVERAGE ANNOUNCED:

The 2010 Auburn football opener on Sept. 4 against Arkansas State at Jordan-Hare Stadium will be televised by Fox Sports South and kick off at 7 p.m. (EST). Auburn's Nov. 26 game at Alabama, the annual Iron Bowl, will be televised by CBS beginning at 1:30 p.m.

The announcement was made by the SEC at the 2010 Media Days Wednesday in Birmingham.

Four of Auburn's game times and television outlet have now been set.

The Tigers' Sept. 9 game at Mississippi State and Sept. 18 game at home versus Clemson will both air on ESPN. The Thursday night game in Starkvile will kick at 7:30 p.m., while the Clemson game will start at 6 p.m.
