Court of Appeals upholds previous ruling

ALBANY — The Georgia Court of Appeals has upheld a lower court ruling that favored Dougherty County in a lawsuit filed by Dougherty County Taxpayer’s Association.

The taxpayers group had filed suit for what it contended was a flawed and unconstitutional property revaluation.

The ruling says there is no reversible error of law.
