Two wanted men now in custody

ALBANY, Ga. – Ryan Richardson and Roderick Ferrell, both 22, wanted for questioning in the July 3 shooting and robbery of Walter Phelps turned themselves in to Albany police at the Law Enforcement Center this morning.
Phelps survived and is recuperating after being discharged from the hospital.
