ALBANY, Ga. -- A suspect is in custody after shots were fired on Third Avenue this morning.
Albany Police Department spokeswoman Phyllis Banks said officials are trying to gather information on the incident, which occurred at 6:53 a.m. No charges have been filed.
Banks said more information would be released as it becomes available.
