ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 38 incidents Wednesday into the early hours of Thursday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Police put four juveniles into custody Thursday in connection with a burglary on the 1900 block of Flintlock Street. All four are under the age of 16 and one had a handgun. Charges are pending;
-- Forgery in the first degree involving bogus currency;
-- Entering auto on the 1100 block of North Westover Boulevard and the 300 block of East Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Burglary on the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 1500 block of Cordell Avenue and the 1700 block of Malone Drive;
-- Stalking on the 1800 block of Seay Court;
-- Theft by taking a dog from a backyard on the 1300 block of 11th Avenue;
-- Theft by taking a washer and dryer on the 1600 block of Schley Avenue;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 200 block of North Washington Street;
-- Giving false information on the 300 block of West Highland Avenue;
--Assault (family violence) on the 2600 block of South Jackson Street and the 1000 block of Netherland Lane;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 300 block of South Mock Road, the 700 block of Bonny View Avenue, the 600 block of West Highland Avenue and the 100 block of Constitution Court.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 13 calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Burglary, theft of a $550 refrigerator, a $275 coffee table, and two $150 end tables on the 3000 block of Sylvester Road;
-- Motor vehicle theft of a 2005 black Nissan Sentra on the 2800 block of Spelman Drive;
-- Burglary, theft of a wall-unit air conditioner on the 2700 block of Radium Springs Road;
-- Statutory rape involving a 23-year-old man and a 15-year-old girl on the 1400 block of Hancock Road;
-- Vehicle crash on Old County Road near GA 520;
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 56 calls on Wednesday. There were 37 medical calls, 16 trauma calls and three other calls. Medical calls included, four chest pains, four respiratory problems, nausea vomiting, two faint, five altered mental state, one diabetic complaints, three mental problems, four miscellaneous pain calls, one cardiac arrests and 13 various medical. Trauma calls included 11 vehicle crash injuries, four falls and an eye injury. Other calls are typically standby for other units and patient transport.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County deputies responded to at least five calls, according to police reports.
Deputies responded to incidents including:
-- Theft on the 2800 block of Ledo road;
-- Possession of alcohol by a minor on the 200 block of Pineridge Drive;
-- Criminal trespass on the 200 block of Wiregrass Way;
-- Burglary on the 100 block of Century Road.
ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 12 calls including:
-- Two power line problems, a medical assist, three public service presentations, clean debris from a road, false alarm on an animal rescue, tires on fire, lightening strike, a sign fire and a cardiac arrest call.
