ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 51 incidents Thursday into the early hours of Friday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:

-- Theft by taking $900, a felony, on the 1600 block of McArthur Street;

-- Motor vehicle theft of a 2003 Toyota Prius on the 1600 block of Florence Drive;

-- Entering auto, theft of two laptop computers and theft of fish from a refrigerator in the carport on the 2100 block of Robinhood Drive;

-- Forgery, first degree writing checks on the 3100 block of Graystone Lane;

-- Entering auto on the 1200 block of West Third Avenue;

-- Deceased person on the 400 block of Pine Avenue;

-- Simple assault on the 100 block of Swift Street;

-- Aggravated assault involving a man with a gun on the 700 block of Corn Avenue;

-- Motor vehicle theft on the 2000 block of Clark Avenue;

-- Robbery by force on the 500 block of Louis Avenue;

-- Burglary on the 1100 block of West Broad Avenue, 1800 block of West Gordon Avenue, 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive, 400 Heard Avenue and the 1200 block of Highland Avenue;

-- Assault (family violence) on the 1000 block of West Oakridge Drive;

-- Criminal trespass (family violence) on the 2400 block of Nottingham Way;

-- Simple battery (domestic violence on the 800 block of Byron Road) and the 1100 block of University Street.

Domestic (unfounded) on the 200 block of Slater King Drive, the 400 block of Cedar Avenue, 1900 block of Dawson Road and 400 block of South McKinley Street.

DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least eight calls, according to police reports.

Police responded to incidents including:

-- Burglary theft of a $280 drywall power drill on the 1300 block of Clover Lane.
