ALBANY -- Albany police responded to at least 38 incidents , according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Criminal trespass on the 1800 block of Edgerly Avenue;
-- Burglary on the 1000 block of Westover Boulevard, the 2300 block of West Gordon Avenue, the 600 block of Freemont Street, the 100 block of Frost Street, the 1600 block of Owens Avenue and 1000 West Residence Avenue;
-- Entering auto on the 800 block of Cherry Avenue;
-- Deceased person on the 900 block of Eighth Avenue and deceased person on the 500 block of Odom Avenue, natural causes;
-- Arson, vehicle fire, on the 900 block of Rood Street;
-- Loitering and prowling in a trash bin on the 2000 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
-- Battery on the 700 block of South Davis Street;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 900 block of 18th Avenue, the 2400 block of Brierwood Avenue, the 1500 block of Georgia Avenue and the 600 block of Roosevelt Avenue;
-- Robbery by snatching, simple battery (both domestic violence) on the 300 block of Grant Place;
-- Theft larceny (family violence) on the 100 block of Merritt Street;
-- Simple battery (family violence) on the 1600 block of Schley Avenue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 75 calls on Wednesday. There were 56 medical calls, 14 trauma calls and five other calls. Medical calls included, nine chest pains, three respiratory problems, one nausea vomiting, one fainting, five altered mental state, three diabetic complaints, three obstetrics, three mental problems, eight miscellaneous pain calls, two stroke symptoms, one cardiac arrest and 17 various medical. Trauma calls included five vehicle crash injuries, five falls, one lacerations and three fights/assaults. Other calls are typically standby for other units and patient transport.
