Drug officials seize more than $225,000 worth of marijuana early Friday morning

The Albany Dougherty Drug Unit, in concert with the GBI and DEA, seized 50 pounds of marijuana at 1:30 a.m. Friday. A tip came from the GBI that the drugs were arriving from out of state The marijuana has a street value of more than $225,000.
