Albany State University is considering using Albany-Dougherty Inner City Authority or the Albany-Dougherty Economic Development Commission to facilitate a $74 million dorm project on its campus, according to Albany Assistant City Manager James Taylor.
Taylor made the comments during today's Albany City Commission meeting. Details to follow.
