ALBANY, Ga. -- An Albany man told police Sunday morning he was struck not once, but twice, by a vehicle.
Contralus Brown, 23, told officers with the Albany Police Department that he was struck by Mark Kelley, 27, twice while Kelley was driving his red 1992 Ford Bronco.
According to the victim, Brown and Kelley had just ended a brief verbal altercation around 2 a.m. Sunday when Kelley hit Brown with his vehicle on the 400 block of Station Crossing Drive.
After striking Brown twice, Kelley fled the scene in the Ford Bronco, Brown said in his statement to officers.
Brown sustained minor injuries from the collision and was taken for treatment to a hospital by a family member.
Authorities said the case has been forwarded to investigations. No charges have been filed, and no arrests have been made.
