As the county finance committee searches for ways to cut the FY 2010 budget to meet shortfalls in tax revenue, Scott Loehr brings a proposal asking for less money. Loehr, director of FlintRiverQuarium, presented his budget proposal this morning in which the facility is asking for money totaling 20 percent less than last year. This reduction would save the county $50,000.
