Albany, GA. - At about 12:10 a.m., a woman fired shots at her ex-husband at 2414 Habersham Road. He later died from his injuries, said Phyllis Banks, Albany Police Department spokeswoman.
According to police reports Christopher Donaldson, 32, was killed by Marline Hamilton, 33, after an argument turned physical.
As of 3: 15 p.m. no charges were filed against Hamilton and the case remains under investigation.
