ALBANY, Ga. -- The Albany Police Department is investigating an incident where a woman's car was shot at as she was driving home Friday morning, said APD Spokesperson Phyllis Banks.
According to authorities, 24-year-old Latasha Parks reported her 1992 Chevrolet Caprice sustained damaged from shots fired at the vehicle while she was returning home around 2:30 a.m. Friday.
Banks said Parks told officers bullets hit the rear bumper of the 24-year-old's vehicle while she was driving in the 300 block of North Monroe Street with her boyfriend.
"After her vehicle was hit, she drove to the 600 block of West Society and called the police," said the APD Spokesperson.
Banks said investigators have no suspects at this time.
