Herald Top 5 poll:
1. Lee County (2-0)
After beating Monroe in a scrimmage and scoring 105 points in two games, the Trojans sit atop the Fab 5 for the first time since this poll was created.
Next: Friday vs. Terrell County, 7:30 p.m.
2. Monroe (2-0)
Even without QB Devine Noel, Monroe ripped Northeast, Macon, 32-6 with a defense that made 16 plays for no gain or less. Next: Saturday vs. Albany, 7 p.m.
3. Mitchell County (2-0)
The Eagles are 2-0 against Westover and Dougherty, a pair of AAA programs, and look like a Class A power.
Next: Friday vs. Thomasville, 7:30 p.m
4. Worth (2-0)
The Rams have added a kicking game to what appears to be one of best teams in SW Ga. Next: Friday vs. Cook, 7:30 p.m.
5. Bainbridge (1-1)
The Bearcats' defense has given up only 21 points this season, but falls from No. 1 to No. 5 after losing to No. 3 state-ranked Cairo, 14-0. Next: Friday vs. Westover. 7:30 p.m.

Justin Walker, QB, and Sanford Seay, WR, Lee County
Walker was 10-of-15 for 232 yards and 5 TDs, and Seay had 3 catches for 119 yards and 2 TDs, rushed for a TD and returned a kickoff 81 yards for a TD in 56-13 win vs. Crawford.

***Charles Strafford, QB Monroe: completed 11-of-19 passes for 223 yards and three TDs, including a 96-yarder in 32-6 win vs. Northeast, Macon.
***Dalviness Greene, RB, WESTOVER: 9 carries for 110 yards and a TD, and ran a free kick back 65 yards for a TD in Westover's 21-7 win against Albany.
***James Terrell, WR, Lee County: Caught 5 passes for 102 yards and also threw a 65-yard TD pass in Lee's 56-13 win vs. Crawford.
***Banks Kinslow, qb, DWS: completed 6-of-8 passes for a 149 yards and a school record four first quarter TDs in 42-10 win vs. Stratford.
***Johntavious strum, wr/lb, monroe: Strum scored on a 32-yard
interception, recovered a fumble, and had 96-yard, and 13-yard TD receptions.
