ALBANY, Ga. -- Georgia Veterans Memorial State Park, in cooperation with the Cordele Kiwanis Club, will hold the 22nd annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday.
The hunt will be conducted behind the park office for children under eight, who will be divided into three age groups.
More than 3,300 candy-filled plastic eggs will be provided by the Cordele Kiwanis Club for the hunt. Also included in some of the eggs will be gift cards. There is a $1 program fee for each participant.
In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be postponed until 2 p.m. Sunday.
