ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 48 incidents Friday into the early hours of Saturday, according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Theft by taking on the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue, the 1300 block of radium Springs Road, the 900 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard, the 700 block of South Madison Street, the 900 block of West Broad Avenue, the 2800 block of Dawson Road and the 800 block of Holland Drive;
-- Burglary on the 1400 block of West Highland Avenue and the 900 block of Willow Wood Drive;
-- Simple battery on the 200 block of Slater King Drive;
-- Entering auto on the 400 block of Medlock Avenue and the 2500 block of Westover Boulevard;
-- Disorderly conduct, a fight on the 800 block of Westover Boulevard, 1000 West Broad Avenue and the 2800 block of Nottingham Way;
-- Domestic (unfounded) on the 500 block of Ninth Avenue, the 2800 block of Stonewater Drive, 4000 block of Gillionville Road, the 800 block of Cason Street, the 800 block of Cedar Avenue and the 1300 block of South McKinley Street;
-- Domestic on the 1300 block of East Broad Avenue and the 1700 block of McArthur Street;
-- Battery (domestic) on the 400 block of McKinley Street;
-- Terroristic threats and acts (domestic) on the 800 block of West Society Avenue.
Dougherty County police responded to at least seven calls, according to police reports.
Police responded to incidents including:
-- Found property, a handgun was found on the 1200 block of Moultrie Road;
-- Theft on the 2500 block of Ozell Williams Road;
-- Lost or stolen tag on the 1800 block of Oakhaven Drive;
-- Child molestation that happened two years ago was reported and is under investigation on the 600 block of Holly Drive.
