WARWICK — A 70-year-old Albany woman died when her car flipped at about 11:20 a.m. Friday on a curve as she was entering Warwick on Georgia Highway 300.
The Georgia State Patrol has identified the woman as Myra Hardie. GSP officials say she was driving north on Georgia Highway 300 in Worth County when she lost control of her 2008 Nissan Versa and it overturned.
Hardie was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle, police said. She was taken by ambulance to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital.
Troopers say they do not believe alcohol or drugs were involved in the incident.
