A paid leader in scouting should at least publicly fit the intent of the oath. If the charges are proven, how can she remain in her position? And if she does, I and many others will lose respect for the organization--and it will lose my contributions and those of many others. We have to expect and demand more from role models for children.

Well here is the Loophole in the Girls Scout law maybe she did her "Best to be Honest" and this is the Best she has to offer.
