Maybe they should do this will all criminals. Probably could round up a few gang members in the process.

Now we know how to get the criminals. Just summon them to jury duty.

Now just think about it... How many times do these criminals slip through, get the opportunity to sit on a jury and judge a person's guilt or innocence?

You would be suprised at the number of warrent arrests that take place when one Family member's court case comes up and the wanted member shows up in the Courthouse. They have even gotten them trying to bail out someone. Then there was the Christmas Parade in years back, before the word got out lots of folks showed up to see their children at those things, some of them with an outstanding warrent. No one ever said they were rocket scientists. Most of them are still out there because the manpower isn't available to just sit on them.
