ALBANY, Ga. — The Albany Police Department responded to at least 42 incidents Monday and into the early hours of Tuesday. The reports included:
— Theft on the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue;
— Burglary on the 500 block of North Jefferson Street and on the 500 block of Swift Street;
— Criminal trespass (domestic violence) on the 500 block of Corn Avenue and on the 500 block of Ebony Lane;
— Theft by taking on the 200 block of Cone Street and on the 2600 block of Partridge Drive;
— Public indecency on the 1500 block of North Slappey Boulevard;
— Domestic dispute on the 500 block of 1oth Avenue;
— Theft by shoplifting on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue;
— Domestic dispute (unfounded) on the 1200 block of Rawson Drive and on the 900 block of Willowwood Drive;
— Disorderly conduct on the 300 block of North Slappey Boulevard and on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;
— Acquisition of gasoline without payment on the 200 block of Cordele Road;
— Recovered property on the 200 block of North Mock Road;
— Assault on the 900 block of Corn Avenue and on the 2000 block of Lafayette Circle;
— Criminal trespass on the 2500 block of Crescent Drive and on the 600 block of Sands Drive;
— Wanted person on the 500 block of Cleveland Street and on the 600 block of West Society Avenue;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 600 block of West Fourth Avenue;
— Driving under the influence on the 1800 block of Oakridge Drive;
— Simple battery on the 2000 block of Evergreen Drive;
— Entering auto on the 900 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: The Dougherty County Police Department responded to at least nine calls Monday. The reports included:
— Theft on the 300 block of Virginia Avenue.
