ALBANY — Albany police responded to at least 11 incidents Thursday according to available police reports. Police responded to incidents including:
— Police found 19-year-old Martel Mathis at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital suffering from swelling of the face and head with bruises all over his body about 3:30 a.m. He said he was beaten by Lisa Tensley, 23, and Robert Henry, 24, at 2500 Brierwood Drive. They were charged with aggravated battery and additional charges are pending. The case has been turned over to the Gang Unit for further investigation. Tensley and Henry are in Dougherty County Jail, a jail spokeswoman said.
— Indecent exposure, a man urinating in public on the 300 block of Oglethorpe Boulevard;
— Burglary on the 500 block of Park Lane;
— Theft by taking on the 100 block of North Slappey Boulevard and the 2600 block of Dawson Road;
— Motor vehicle theft on the 300 block of Pinson Road;
—Assault (domestic) on the 500 block of Don Cutler Sr. Drive;
— Criminal trespass (domestic) on the 1500 block of Webb Street;
—Domestic (unfounded) on the 1000 block of Forest Glen Drive and the 500 block of Louis Avenue.
ALBANY FIRE DEPARTMENT: The Albany Fire Department responded to 61 incidents Dec. 22-28, including a gas odor, a motor vehicle crash, 16 activated alarms, seven electrical shorts, eight false alarms, two trash bin fires, four assist EMS calls, two vehicle fires, four unauthorized burns, six unattended cooking, three structure fires, cable line down, power line down, trash fire, grass fire, an authorized burn and a public information program.
