Atlanta, GA - General Beauregard Lee, resident groundhog at the Yellow River Game Ranch in Lilburn, emerged from his "Weathering Heights" home at 7:41 a.m. Wednesday and failed to see his shadow. This means spring is just around the corner.
That is, if Beau lives up to his reputed 94 percent accuracy rate.
Meanwhile, up in Pennsylvania, Punxsutawney Phil also failed to see his shadow, predicting an early spring
