Police are searching for a red Pontiac Sunfire with a Champion drive-out license tag driven by a black man with dreadlocks wearing a red polo shirt.
The man, described as 5 foot 7 inches tall and weighing about 198 pounds is wanted in connection with a shooting that left a 19-year-old, white man dead at the Splash N Dash car wash at 431 S. Mock Road.
No other details in the shooting were immediately available.
The shooting at the car wash is the second homicide reported in Albany today. (See story headlined Woman shot to death on West Gordon Today.)
