ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 30 incidents Monday into the early hours of Tuesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Adult missing person on the 1000 block of Dunes Avenue;
-- Entering autos on the 1000 block of West Gordon Avenue and the 700 block of 16th Avenue;
-- Burglaries on the 700 block of Fifth Avenue, the 800 block of 21st Avenue and the 2000 block of West Broad Avenue;
-- Theft by taking on the 400 block of Bobbitt Drive;
-- Disorderly conduct, a fight, on the 800 block of Corm Avenue;
-- Juvenile missing person on the 300 block of South Jackson Street;
-- Possession of drug paraphernalia on the 2200 block of East Broad Avenue;
-- Aggravated assault on the 2000 block of Tompkins Avenue;
-- Assaults (family violence) on the 800 block of Dunes Street, the 500 block of Eighth Avenue, the 2500 block of Crescent Drive and the 500 block of Louis Avenue;
-- Domestic disturbances (unfounded) on the 800 block of Odom Avenue, the 200 block of Carroll Street, the 600 block of Johnson Road, the 1700 block of East Broad Avenue, the 2000 block of Leonard Avenue and the 800 block of Mulberry Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 26 calls Monday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Terroristic threats on the 800 block of Shelton Drive;
-- Narcotics investigation, less than an ounce of marijuana, on the 1200 block of the Liberty Expressway;
-- Traffic arrests, suspended licenses, on the 3700 block of Sylvester Road and the 4800 block of Radium Springs Road;
-- Motor vehicle theft on the 3200 block of Sylvester Road.
ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 52 calls from Thursday through Monday including nine EMS assists, chemical on ground, power line down, four public service calls, 10 activated alarms, two grass fires, three vehicle fires, five unattended cooking calls, a carbon monoxide alarm, an unauthorized burn, two false alarms, a controlled burn, a shed fire with $6,000 in damage, fuel on road, assist Albany Police Department, two trash fires, a child suffered an electrical shock, a brush fire, an odor of smoke, a flower bed fire, a structure fire, a gas leak and a cable line down.
