ALBANY, Ga. -- Albany police responded to at least 22 incidents Tuesday, according to available reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Financial transaction card fraud on the 400 block of Bobbitt Drive;
-- Missing juvenile on the 600 block of 11th Avenue;
-- Disorderly conduct, a fight, on the 1900 block of Flintlock Drive;
-- Thefts by taking on the 200 block of Pinson Road and the 700 block of Madison Street;
-- Recovered contraband from a patrol car back seat on the 200 block of West Oglethorpe Boulevard;
-- Burglary on the 900 block of Willow Wood Drive;
-- Entering an auto on the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue;
-- Simple battery on the 500 block of South Harding Street;
-- Possession of less than an ounce of marijuana: A man booked into the Dougherty County Jail on the 1300 block of Evelyn Avenue left marijuana stuffed into the back seat of a patrol car;
-- Theft of lost or mislaid property on the 300 block of West Second Avenue.
DOUGHERTY POLICE: Dougherty County police responded to at least 11 calls Tuesday, according to reports. Police responded to incidents including:
-- Criminal trespass on the 600 block of Holly Drive;
-- Theft of an $1,800 air conditioner on the 400 block of Dunbar Lane;
-- Domestic disputes on the 500 block of Divine Drive and the 800 block of Putney Avenue.
DOUGHERTY EMS: Emergency medical services responded to 51 calls on Tuesday. There were 38 medical calls, 10 trauma calls and three other calls. Medical calls included five chest pains, 10 respiratory problems, three people who fainted, one diabetic complaint, one seizure, one mental problem, one allergic reaction, two miscellaneous pain calls, one stroke symptom and 13 various medical calls. Trauma calls included two vehicle crash injuries, five falls, two lacerations and one animal bite.
LEE SHERIFF: Lee County deputies responded to at least five calls Tuesday, according to reports. Deputies responded to incidents including:
-- Assault on the 100 block of Century Road;
-- Theft on the 2800 block of Ledo Road;
-- Disturbance on the 1400 block of U.S. 19 South;
-- Burglary, motor vehicle theft, on the 100 block of Thundering Springs Road.
ALBANY FIRE: Albany firefighters responded to 102 calls Friday through Tuesday including four cardiac arrests, a trash fire, four motor vehicle crashes, 14 alarms activated (many by weather), five grass fires, a pine straw fire, tripped electrical breakers, three smoke odors, EMS assist, five electrical shorts, a gas odor, 21 false alarms, two unauthorized burns, carbon monoxide detection, a trash barrel fire, 30 power lines down, two cable lines down, two structure fires, a vehicle fire, unattended cooking and a heater thermostat turned up too high.
